1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MyntCart eCommerce CMS and its associated applications (collectively, "the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Product is developed and owned by CodeMynt.

2. License Grant

Regular License

Grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product on one (1) production domain
The end product must be free for end users (no paid access, subscription, or membership fees)
Includes full source code for the web application and all 4 Flutter mobile apps
Development and staging environments (localhost, subdomains) are permitted under the same license

Extended License

Everything in the Regular License, plus:
Permission to charge end users for access to the end product (SaaS, subscription, paid marketplace)
Still limited to one (1) production domain

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product source code
Use one license key on multiple production domains
Remove or modify copyright notices, license checks, or attribution
Claim the Product as your own development or use it in a portfolio as your work
Use the Product for illegal or fraudulent purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The Product, including all source code, designs, documentation, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of CodeMynt. Your license grants you the right to use the Product, not to own it. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved by CodeMynt.

MyntCart — Multi-vendor eCommerce CMS (Laravel)
myntcartapp — Customer mobile application (Flutter)
myntcart_vendor — Vendor mobile application (Flutter)
myntcart_store — Store management mobile application (Flutter)
myntcart_delivery — Delivery mobile application (Flutter)
All add-on modules: Shiprocket, Shiprocket Local Quick, Easyship, ShipEngine, Store Management, Global Payment Gateways, Commercial Tax

5. Support & Updates

Your purchase includes 6 months of technical support from the date of purchase
Lifetime updates are included for the purchased version at no additional cost
Support covers: bug fixes, installation issues, configuration help, and product feature guidance
Support does NOT cover: custom development, third-party integrations beyond built-in, server setup, design customization, or issues caused by code modifications
Support can be renewed after the initial 6-month period through the license portal

6. License Verification

The Product requires online license verification via license.codemynt.in during installation and periodic health checks. Your server must have outbound internet access to this domain. Tampering with license verification mechanisms is a violation of these terms.

7. Refund Policy

Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We generally provide refunds if:

The Product has a critical defect that prevents installation and cannot be resolved by our support team
The request is made within 7 days of purchase

Refunds are NOT provided for: change of mind, inability to meet server requirements, or issues caused by code modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeMynt provides the Product "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must stop using the Product and delete all copies from your servers.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
